Age Requirements
Coachez Only is a platform built for adult coaches, not for use by children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. The platform is not directed at or intended for use by minors, and we do not knowingly allow minors to register or hold accounts.
Zero-Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Coachez Only has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or communication that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses minors in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to use the platform to contact or exploit a minor. Any account found engaging in such activity will be immediately banned, all violating content removed, and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
Guidance for Coaches Working with Youth Athletes
Many coaches on our platform work with youth teams outside of Coachez Only itself. When sharing photos, videos, statistics, or stories about young athletes on the platform, coaches must:
- Obtain appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian before posting any content identifying a minor.
- Follow their school's, club's, or league's youth protection and media policies.
- Avoid sharing personally identifiable information about minors, such as home addresses or school schedules.
- Use professional judgment to ensure all shared content is appropriate and safeguards the athlete's dignity and privacy.
Reporting a Concern
If you encounter content or behavior on Coachez Only that raises a child safety concern, please report it right away using the report option on the post or profile, or by contacting our support team directly. Reports are reviewed urgently, and where appropriate, escalated to law enforcement and child safety organizations.
